Welcome to 27 Sala Terrace

Warm period details romance this 1920’s barrel front home. Enter the rich gumwood foyer to be greeted by coved ceilings, original hardwood floors and an iconic brick fireplace. An inviting flow between the large living room and formal dining room beckons for cheerful gatherings with friends and family. The light-filled kitchen features ample work space, breakfast bar and a small porch that could provide tons of pantry storage. With two bedrooms off the back of the house overlooking the garden and a bath, featuring a shower over tub with vintage tiling, privacy and quiet is just down the hall.

Downstairs offers additional space with one car garage, workshop and laundry area. The bonus apartment on this floor can be used as a one or two bedroom in-law or au pair unit.  Accessed from the service entrance, this apartment has a sizable living area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, making it ideal for those with extended family.

Venture out back and see the possibilities that await you. Neighborhood

Outer Mission

Outer Mission is a small neighborhood on the southern edge of San Francisco. Its name is somewhat confusing as it is a bit removed from the more well-known Inner Mission District. That is not to say it lacks in distinction. Residences are primarily single family, typically with garage space at ground level and living space above. Public transportation is convenient here, with either nearby Balboa Park or Daly City BART stations in walking distance from most residences. Well-marked bike lanes are available on Alemany Boulevard. Nearby Cayuga Park and Playground includes a small baseball field and tennis courts as well as lots of quirky wood statues carved by the park's former gardener.
